Q:   How does this all work?

A:   The monthly subscription consists of different single-origin coffees (and the occasional blend!) freshly roasted and delivered each week to your home. This model allows you to explore the many unique coffees from around the world!

 

Q:  I loved this past week's coffee! Can I get more? 

A:   Reach out to us using the contact form or message us on Instagram and we'll check our inventory. If we have more of that bean in stock, it's yours!

 

Q:   How do I know what coffee I'm getting this week?

A:  Subscribers will be signed up for our newsletter, which provides detailed information on each week’s upcoming roast

 

Q:   Where can I sign up for the newsletter?

A:   You can sign up here! In addition to the the weekly fresh-roasted coffee, newsletter will include roastery updates, discounts, brew guides, and more!

 

Q:   Can I get ground coffee?

A:   While we do recommend that you grind our coffee just before brewing for the best experience, you do have the option to receive ground coffee. Please select Ground Coffee when adding a subscription or individual bag to your cart.  See the Brewing Gear page for our recommended grinders at home!

 

Q:   Where does free delivery apply?

A:   Free delivery is only available to for Riverside, IL and Brookfield, IL residents at this time.

 

Q:   Is shipping available?

A:   Shipping through our website is currently an option for individual bags.

 

Q:   Is pickup available?

A:   Yes! Porch pickup is available. Please select it during checkout.

 

Q:   Where do you roast your coffee?

A:   All of the coffee is roasted from our home in Riverside. Sloan Coffee Roasting is a certified Cottage Food Operation (home-based food business) and operates under Registration Number 22-56 issued from the Cook County Department of Public Health. To learn more, please see this IDPH Guide.
